Images are printed or in electronic form on disk.
Holdings include images of scenery, lighting, costume designs, old production posters, and program graphics. There are also some records of photographs of productions in publications and older photographs of previous memberships and boards. These older records, housed in Sterling Memorial Library, include production photographs from 71 productions dating back to 1907. Thousands. There are production photographs since 1995 from each of seven shows per year (housed in the University Theater). These archives are among the only records of productions, both current and historical, and date back to 1899.
