Overview

The photographic collections in the Osborn collection are very limited, and serve no administrative purpose. There are a scattering of photographs in the Osborn British Literature and History collection. The bulk of the photographs are held in the archives of the collection's founder, Jim Osborn, and relate to his activity as a cattle breeder. Photographs in the Osborn collection have little research value, as they are not in general original materials, but secondary sources used as reference works by scholars.
